Seven of the Top US Surgeons Depart on Dangerous Medical Mission to Treat Gaza’s Injured
The first US American medical team has been deployed to Gaza consisting of seven of the best surgeons in the United States. One of the surgeons, Dr. Adam Fahs, is a trauma surgeon from Dearborn, Michigan who has joined this medical mission through Rahma Worldwide: Aid and Development. The team of seven met in Cairo, Egypt to discuss logistics and have now departed to enter Gaza. The team is reportedly carrying surgical equipment and critical OR supplies to treat the injured. They will be serving at Nasser hospital and at the European Hospital in Southern Gaza.
