Palestinian Journalist Viciously Attacked by Violent Israeli Demonstrators During So-Called Jerusalem Day Flag March
A Palestinian freelance journalist Saif Kwasmi was attacked by a frenzy of young Israelies on Wednesday June 5, during a “Jerusalem day flag march.”
Kwasmi was covering the rather absurd demonstration that celebrates the Israeli regime’s illegal capture of the city’s eastern sector in 1967.
In a video, several young jewish men were seen shouting at the journalist, kicking and punching him.
Thousands of far-right Israelis flocked through the old city, disrupting residents and shopkeepers with a huge police presence.
They hurled hateful slogans such as “We will burn your villages,” “All Arabs can suck it,” and “Muhammed is dead,” in reference to the most revered figure in Islam, Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir bellowed at the march: “We send a message to Hamas. Jerusalem is ours. Damascus gate is ours. The Temple Mount is ours.” Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich even took selfies with the marchers.
Israeli extremists have grown more violent after their likes were offered places in the Israeli government.
