Palestinian and Yemen Resistance Movements Condemn Terror Attacks on Iran

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement released a statement condemning “in the strongest terms, the treacherous bombing in the Iranian city of Kerman, targeting the crowds of citizens gathered around the tomb of the martyr leader Hajj Qass-em Soleim-ani, may Allah have mercy on him.” The statement further added that “The Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement extends its deepest condolences to the dear Iranian people and the Iranian leadership, praying to Allah for mercy for the martyrs and a speedy recovery for the wounded. The movement affirms that this sinful aggression against the innocent will increase the solidarity of the peoples of our nation around the resistance, of which the martyr Sole-imani will remain one of its symbols.”

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine also condemned the attack. In a statement, they wrote, “The Popular Front condemns the terrorist bombings in Iran and confirms that they bear zionist fingerprints.” The statement further said, “The Front expressed its full solidarity with the Islamic Republic, both leadership and people, and with the victims’ families, wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded. The criminal zionist entity, its cowardly murderous leaders, and their allies in the West, along with their regional proxies, are attempting to escape their crisis and the quagmire of defeat they have faced due to the firm resistance on several axes. They are trying to drag the entire region into a regional conflict and into a sea of blood. The Front emphasized that these vengeful terrorist attacks against civilians will not be able to weaken the backbone of the resistance, nor the determination of the Islamic Republic of Iran to perform its duty in supporting the resistance and standing alongside the Palestinian people in particular.”

Additionally, Yemen’s Ansarallah Resistance movement also released a statement extending its “sincere condolences and sympathy to the leadership, government, and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as to the families of the victims.” The statement also said that the attacks are “aimed at undermining the Islamic Republic, its role against global arrogance, its commitment to the nation’s central cause, and its support for resistance forces in Palestine and Lebanon.”
