Iraq Sends 10 Million Liters of Fuel to Gaza Strip through Suez Canal

Following the vetoing of an amendment to a UN resolution for ceasefire, the United States has now abstained from voting on the resolution which called for aid access and  a temporary humanitarian pause of the Israeli Regime’s relentless bombing in the Gaza Strip.

The US had initially delayed the resolution vote for 5 days then chose to abstain from voting on it.

However, despite the lack of support from the US, the resolution which falls short of calling for a ceasefire has passed.

More than 20,000 people have been killed by the US-backed Israeli war on Gaza in a span of two months with 40% of the ones killed being children.
