Iranians have shown up in the hundreds of thousands at the first funeral stop in Tabriz, to bid farewell to Iran’s late President Ebrahim Raise, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and their companions.
After Tabriz, the bodies were taken to various cities across the country visiting various Sacred Sites and shrines allowing mourners to send their farewells. Notably, incredible crowds were seen all over the country.

Flags of Palestine, Iran ,Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the Lebanese Resistance, to mention a few, were spotted amidst the overflow of people in Qom, as the bodies passed through massive crowds of mourners across the city.
The bodies have also stopped in Tehran where the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei is expected to pray for them with similarly large crowds.
The bodies of the Iranian leaders will then reach their burial destination in Mashhad, where they will be laid to rest adjacent to the shrine of the Shiite 8th Imam Ali ibn Musa al-Ridha.
