Biden’s Ratings Tank After Support for Israel

US President Joe Biden’s approval rating among democrats has plunged to a record low of “75% — down a staggering 11 percentage points over just the last month,” according to a new Gallup Poll conducted between Oct. 2 and Oct. 23.

This puts Biden at risk of turning  members away from his own party with his clear stand for Israel which has bombed civilians in Occupied Palestine since October 7th and killed over 7000, pushing the besieged Gaza strip to the brink of collapse.

According to a Gallup Poll in February, the democrats reportedly sympathize more with Palestinians than the Israelis for the first time in two decades. The poll further stated that less than half (48%) of Gen Z and millennials believe that the US should publicly support Israel, according to a recent NPR/PBS NewsHour Marist poll.

Several Muslim and Arab American democratic voters have expressed dismay over Biden’s unwavering support for the Israeli military campaign.

“Joe Biden has single-handedly alienated almost every Arab American and Muslim American voter in Michigan,” Democratic state Rep. Alabas Farhat told NBC News last week.

The council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) even called for Biden to apologize after the US president refused to accept the huge death toll in Gaza, causing global outrage.
