US Presidential Debate Labeled ‘Disastrous’ as Trump and Biden Bicker Over who Supports Israel Most

The US presidential debate last Thursday has sparked global criticism as the two candidates – former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden – batted over who supports the Israeli regime more, despite the majority of Americans’ disapproval of Israel’s war on Gaza.

Biden’s speech was filled with stutters and long pauses as he continued to lose his train of thought, starkly contrasted with Trump’s rambling.

While reaffirming his support for the Israeli regime, President Biden then shifted the blame of Israel’s genocide in Gaza to the Palestinian resistance, claiming that the group is the “only one who wants the war to continue,” despite the Palestinian Resistance agreeing to a ceasefire.

Biden then said, “we’re still pushing hard to get them to accept. The only thing I’ve denied Israel was 2,000 pound bombs, they don’t work in very well-populated areas – they kill a lot of innocent people. We’re providing Israel with all the weapons they need, and when they need them.”

In response to Biden’s absurd claims, Trump seemed to match the energy with equally bizarre claims regarding the Israeli regime’s war in Gaza.

“Israel is the one that wants to keep going. He said the only one who wants to keep going is Hamas. Actually, Israel is the one that wants to keep going, and you should let them go and let them finish the job,” Trump said.

“He doesn’t want to do it. He’s become like a Palestinian, but they don’t like him because he’s a very bad Palestinian, he’s a weak one,” Trump said, a statement which was met with fierce backlash online.

The Israeli War on Gaza, which has sparked some of the largest protests in US history, was only acknowledged for a few minutes during the debate.

The two pro-Israel candidates also bickered about golf while Biden accused Trump of fornicating with a pornstar while his wife was pregnant.

After the debate, Biden paid a visit to a waffle house, where he was welcomed with little to no enthusiasm from customers. Netizens were quick to point out how the entire video was staged.

“Do you notice there is nobody eating? No plates, no silverware, no salt and pepper shakers…. this was photoshop,” one user commented.

“Wait, I thought his handlers said he was sick and that’s why his voice was so hoarse. Why is he going around touching everyone? Never seen a group of people less excited to meet the president,” another wrote.
